    There are no refunds on willow orders.
    There is a restocking fee for orders cancelled of 25%.

    Domestic SHIPPING

    Shipping domestically in US is via UPS with some Post Office options if needed. Larger orders can be freight shipped domestically using LTL service

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

    Some international orders can be shipped using UPS, all fees, tariffs are the responsibility of the party receiving the willow. International orders can be prepared for third party arrangements.
