Living Willow Farm produces practical and functional baskets for gardening, carrying, home use, handbags, backpacks, fishing creels, laundry, storage, kitchen, serving, and more. Farmer and artist Howard Peller’s basket work uses the natural palette of willow’s colors, textures, and smells to evoke nature’s beauty and divine qualities. Howard intentionally forges a relationship between growing materials and woven pieces produced to satisfy both aesthetic and purposeful needs.   • It is possible to order similar products based on the models pictured and custom projects for any purpose or size can be made to order.

  • Price ranges for custom basket work begin at $75+ for small baskets, $225+ for medium baskets, and $400+ for large baskets. Sculpture work begins at $600+.

    All pricing is contingent on specific project requirements and details.

  • All baskets are made without forms with willow grown on Living Willow Farm, a historic Appalachian farm using only organic methods.

  • Hardware used is solid brass and handles are made of heavy-weight naturally tanned leather.

  • Shipping is available throughout the United States and overseas via UPS.

    Pick up at the farm is also available for free.

    Shipping, packing, and processing costs are determined by purchase quantity and shipping address.
